Senior Producer | London | Hybrid | Permanent | £50,000 to £55,000

Introduction

We're looking for a Senior Producer to join a fast-growing, creative agency producing social content, film, animation, and mixed-media work for major brands across financial services, lifestyle, and technology.

It's a great moment to join this thriving agency and help shape how brilliant creative work gets made.

The Opportunity

As Senior Producer, you'll take ownership of key productions from brief through to delivery, leading pre-production, shoots, and post-production while keeping budgets, schedules, and creative quality on track.

  • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Client Services
  • Build trusted client relationships
  • Manage crews, talent, locations, and suppliers
  • Mentor a Producer within your team
  • Help refine processes as the production team grows

About You

You'll bring strong experience producing video, photography, and social content within an agency or production environment.

  • Confident running shoots
  • Managing budgets and logistics
  • Negotiating fees and usage rights
  • Solving problems calmly when plans change

Experience with production management tools such as Scoro is useful, alongside a genuine interest in sustainable production.
