Freelance Senior Production Manager
London (hybrid) - 2 days in the office
£400-£500 per day
ASAP start
Rolling monthly contract, temp-to-perm potential
We're working with a leading digital media business with a large portfolio of brands across lifestyle, culture & tech. They're investing in video & building a central production team to create new formats & franchises across their brands, & need an experienced Senior Production Manager to help lead the way.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a small production team & helping them develop
- Managing bids, costings & budgets across multiple brand projects
- Working closely with directors & creative leads to bring new formats to life
- Booking & managing crew & videographers
- Helping define best practice for how video is planned, costed & produced across the business

What you'll bring
- Production experience within publishing, editorial or media
- Solid people management experience
- Confidence working with directors & running bids
- Strong organisation & the ability to manage several projects at once
- TV experience & a UK/US crew network are a big plus
The details
- £400-£500 per day
- Hybrid - in the London office 2 days a week, flexible when on shoot
- Starting ASAP on a one-month rolling basis, with temp-to-perm potential
