Job Description

Senior Producer

Starting ASAP

Location: Central London (Working at our Film Studios 4 Days Per Week + 1 Day working from home)

Salary: Pro Rata £45,000 – £55,000 Per Annum DoE


About Us:

Fortemus Films is an awards-winning video production agency based in London. We create social campaigns, OOH content, TVCs, digital films, key visuals, branded content, sports sponsorship campaigns, and much more all over the world from our London studio.


The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the team at our award-winning, established film and video production agency Fortemus Films based at Kennington Film Studios.

Reporting to the Director of Production, you will be producing campaign assets which include TVCs, Digital Online Videos (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc….), Key Art Images, OOH Assets, Event Content, Video Podcasts, from creative brief right through to delivery. You will need to be experienced in all aspects of the production process.

The Candidate:

  • At least five years’ experience in video production
  • Capability to produce location and studio shoots.
  • Experience producing live-action content including VFX / GFX elements
  • Ability to produce stand-alone 2D & 3D animations
  • Great understanding of workflows for all departments.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects at once.
  • A problem solver who is proactive, driven, and ultra-organized.
  • Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with a variety of clients – Preferably showing you have worked with Brands, Creative Agencies, and Corporate Organisations.
  • Experience in managing Post Production timelines, QC, delivery, and trafficking.
  • Have a knowledge of contracts, usage agreements, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the entire life cycle of each project, across a range of budgets and timelines, with an understanding of how and when to adapt production values up or down.
  • Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
  • Providing regular status updates to the management teams.
  • Liaising directly with clients and agencies.
  • Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skillsets when required.
  • An ability to produce well under pressure and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances and situations.
  • Mentoring and supporting other members of the team.
