Senior Producer

12-month fixed-term maternity cover | Publicis Media Content, Creative & Production

We are hiring a Senior Producer to bring ambitious creative ideas to life through thoughtful, well-managed production. You’ll lead content programmes from initial brief to final delivery, balancing creative quality with budgets, schedules and commercial priorities. Working closely with clients, creative teams and production partners, you’ll create clarity, build trusted relationships and keep projects moving confidently. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping us deliver consistently high-quality work across traditional, adaptive and generative production.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead content production projects from brief through to final delivery, maintaining quality across traditional, adaptive and generative production models.
  • Build and manage budgets, estimates and cost reports, identifying risks early and keeping delivery aligned with agreed scope.
  • Create clear production schedules, approval plans and workflows that help clients and internal teams work effectively together.
  • Plan and coordinate internal teams, freelance talent, suppliers, production partners and shoots to meet project requirements.
  • Act as the day-to-day production lead for clients, providing clear updates and resolving delivery challenges constructively.
  • Partner with creative, strategy and media teams to develop practical production solutions that support creative ambition.
  • Guide producers and production coordinators, contribute to resource planning and identify ways to strengthen production processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
