Senior Producer – Experiential & Live Events
£50,000–£65,000 | South West London | Hybrid
Travel: UK & international
We’re working with a brilliant independent events and experiential agency that is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves taking ownership of large-scale, creative brand experiences from concept through to delivery, working with major global brands across the UK and internationally.
You’ll lead complex projects and project teams, typically managing budgets of £500k+, while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, technical and production teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
The role
- Lead complex live and experiential projects from initial brief and pitch through to onsite delivery
- Manage £500k+ project budgets, timelines, critical paths and production schedules
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery
- Source, brief, negotiate with and manage suppliers and production partners
- Work closely with creative, strategy and technical teams to develop ideas and solutions
- Oversee pre-production and onsite documentation
- Identify challenges early and confidently problem-solve throughout delivery
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
- Support and mentor more junior members of the production team
- Deliver projects across both the UK and internationally

About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Around 7+ years’ experience within live events / experiential
- Ideally an events or experiential agency background
- Experience independently leading complex, large-scale projects
- Strong experience managing significant budgets
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong production and supplier knowledge
- A good understanding of the creative and strategic process behind live experiences
- Experience leading project teams and supporting junior talent
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach when managing multiple projects and deadlines
