Senior Producer (Content & Social)

Location: London — Hybrid

Salary: £60,000+ DOE, plus performance bonus

Reports to: Head of Ventures

About the Business

We are working with one of the UK’s leading talent management agencies, representing prominent personalities across television, entertainment, sport and the creator economy.

As the business continues to invest in creator-led ventures and digital-first content, it is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Producer to develop and produce premium podcasts, YouTube channels and original digital series.

This is a hands-on creative production role for someone who can take an idea from concept through to final delivery. You will work directly with high-profile talent to create content that grows audiences, builds valuable intellectual property and supports long-term commercial opportunities.

This is not a social media management position. The role requires strong experience across creative development, filming, directing, editing and digital content production.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Ventures, Talent Agents and clients, you will lead the end-to-end production of digital content across podcasts, YouTube and original programming.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
