We're looking for a Senior Producer to join a design-led experiential agency in London, creating immersive brand experiences for luxury and lifestyle audiences.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded producer who loves turning ambitious creative ideas into beautifully delivered live experiences. You'll lead projects from pitch through to final reconciliation, working closely with creative teams, clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep every moving part clear, considered and on track.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working on luxury beauty brands and cosmetics
The Opportunity
As Senior Producer, you'll own the end-to-end production process across complex experiential projects. That includes creative pitches, venue sourcing, critical paths, supplier negotiation, production schedules, event books, client documents, onsite delivery and budget management.

You'll be trusted to balance creative ambition with commercial clarity, protecting quality, timelines and margins while keeping clients and teams confidently informed. There is also scope to support junior team members, shape strong production processes and contribute original thinking to culturally resonant experiences.
About You
You'll bring at least 5 years' experience in event production, ideally within luxury, lifestyle or premium brand environments.
You'll have strong experience across experiential production, creative production, vendor management, client communication, budget tracking, health and safety, insurance, permitting and security requirements.
Personable, organised and solution-led, you'll be comfortable working onsite for setup, live events and derig, with travel when required.
