Maternity Cover - FTC FROM SEPTEMBER 2026

Overview

Sitting as part of an established team of passionate and expert experiential marketeers and project managers, the successful candidate will be a team player who can hit the ground running, thrive in a high paced environment (office & on sites around the world), love to multi-task and need minimal guidance whilst bringing a wealth of expertise and recommendations from the world of Experiential and Events. This role would be full time, starting in September 2026.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the production and delivery of integrated campaigns, live events, broadcast and show productions, content initiatives, and digital, virtual or hybrid experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from briefing through execution and post-project evaluation.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, timelines, schedules and statements of work.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, partners and rights holders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across account management, creative, content, strategy, legal and production to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee all project planning and documentation, including run of show, technical plans, schedules, call sheets, status reports, risk assessments, change requests and contingency plans.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with project objectives, strategic goals and client KPIs.
  • Manage project budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Scope, secure and manage appropriate production, technical and content resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage talent, speakers and entertainment, including contracting, briefing, training and onsite support.
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals and review processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
  • Develop and manage schedules for briefings, training, technical rehearsals and live event delivery.
  • Oversee content post-production processes, including editing, sound design, colour grading and music composition.
  • Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Attend and lead project, production, rehearsal and event days, including regular international travel.

What You Need

  • 8+ years' experience in experiential, live events, broadcast, sports presentation, content production or a related agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing budgets, proposals and project plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project collaboration platforms such as Slack, Miro and Smartsheet.
  • Strong understanding of the sports and/or entertainment industries; sports presentation experience preferred.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns, experiential activations, content productions and live event projects is highly desirable.
