Senior Producer (London)

Reporting to: Global Head of Production

FutureDeluxe is a global creative studio with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney. We combine design, technology and moving image to craft visual experiences for future-facing brands. We are a diverse group of artists, directors, designers, creative technologists and administrative professionals who thrive in an environment based on experimentation, collaboration and innovation. From concept through to final delivery, we collaborate with brands to explore, imagine and define their future vision.

You’re a natural problem solver who sees every challenge as an opportunity to shine. You enjoy collaborating with artists to bring productions to life. You work independently and efficiently, but you also find satisfaction when you’re flexing your hands-on creative problem-solving skills to solve a variety of technical issues for your team.

The Opportunity

  • Independently lead the execution of design-focused animation and emerging technology productions that push technological and artistic boundaries. Escalate production issues to EP/HOP/CD as needed.
  • Manage project milestones and deliveries in collaboration with creative leads. Keep the production moving forward and on schedule while communicating the plan to the project team to drive it forward.
  • Lead project dailies in collaboration with creative leads. Ensure no details are missed and all objectives are on track.
  • Collaborate with production leads (ex, HOP, EPs) to architect production plans that are realistic and achievable.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing to create feasible production plans.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing to build and engage with the freelance roster. Identify opportunities to bring external specialists on board to provide additional skills to productions.
  • Work with internal and external talent in a global format (time zones), providing a flexible and coherent plan to encourage collaboration.
  • Coach and Mentor members of the Production team informally through productions and formally through our coaching program.
  • Provide experience and expertise for live action/VFX-led productions, including advising on scoping, planning and resourcing the project.
  • Responsible for launching projects on time and within budget.
  • Navigate and manage changes to project scope, negotiating budget adjustments directly with clients.
  • Draft budget ballparks and overages as needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client and the team. Own all current details and information related to the production.
  • Nurture client relationships, searching for opportunities to grow project scope and identify future opportunities.
  • Run a client call/ presentation independently as needed without the support of an EP/CD.
  • Read client contracts, pointing out unclear areas and assisting in redlining.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Head of Production to refine best practices as related to production process milestones.
  • Ensure that your project teams consistently practice a polished process methodology (e.g., Dailies, Kickoff Meeting, Project Actualisation, Wrap, etc.).
  • Track actuals and manage project budgets, POs and invoices, flagging concerns to EP/MD/HOP.
  • After launching a production, ensure that the budget is completed through actualisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
