Senior Producer | Immersive Entertainment & Live Experiences
Location: London
Rate: £200–£230 per day
Type: Contract / Day Rate
We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing entertainment business creating immersive nightlife, live events, and unique experiences in London. They’re looking for a Senior Producer to join the team and take ambitious creative ideas from early development through to live delivery.
This is a hands-on role sitting between creative, production, operations, and commercial, working closely with senior leadership and a range of internal and external partners.
The Role Will Involve:
- Leading the production of immersive experiences, events, and creative projects from concept through to delivery
- Building and managing production plans, budgets, timelines, and critical paths
- Coordinating venues, suppliers, production partners, artists, and creative teams
- Working closely with creative and operational teams to turn ideas into commercially viable, deliverable experiences
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Identifying production challenges early and finding practical solutions
- Supporting the development of new experiences and helping establish scalable production processes
- Taking ownership of live delivery and ensuring experiences are delivered to a consistently high standard

We’re Looking for Someone with:
- Strong experience as a Senior Producer / Producer within live entertainment, immersive experiences, events, theatre, music, or experiential
- Proven experience taking projects from initial concept through to live delivery
- Excellent project, budget, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong relationships across venues, suppliers, and production partners
- A creative mindset combined with strong commercial and operational instincts
- Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly
- Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or immersive entertainment would be particularly relevant
