Marmalade

Marmalade is a London-based creative impact agency with a strong reputation for delivering purpose-led campaigns.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Producer

You'll work across a portfolio of integrated brand campaigns, corporate and internal communications, short and long-form branded content, and brand partnership initiatives, partnering closely with creative, clients and the production team bringing ideas to life across multiple channels and formats.

This is an opportunity to work across an exciting and diverse global client base, on a wide variety of projects, collaborating with exceptional talent, and playing a pivotal role in transforming creative ideas into beautifully executed work with impact.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Executive Producer, Studio Lead and Creative team to respond to briefs, manage scope, feasibility, budget, logistics and plans.
  • Lead projects from brief to delivery, producing multi-channel assets across film, print, digital, OOH, design and more.
  • Support the Executive Producer with account management and client communications, including agreeing milestones, setting expectations, managing scope, resolving issues and reporting progress.
  • Manage pre-production and logistics, including sourcing, negotiating and scheduling film locations, talent, crew, equipment and travel.
  • Engage and brief freelance resources including art directors, graphic designers, web developers, AI studios, editors and other specialist partners.
  • Ensure the smooth running of productions by staying two steps ahead, solving problems proactively, managing risk, and maintaining compliance with copyright, licensing, insurance, contracts, regulations and local laws.
  • Manage shoots, both on-set and remote, ensuring productions stay on schedule, coordinating crew, talent and contributors, and capturing all required shots and narrative.
  • Oversee post-production processes including edits, visual effects, subtitles, translation and animation.
  • Maintain the quality of all assets, ensuring teams and suppliers deliver to brief through robust review, feedback and sign-off processes.
  • Manage project budgets and track actuals, including time and expenses, while supporting end-of-project reconciliation.
  • Help upskill and train relevant staff, including Assistant Producer.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience within a production house or integrated agency, including at least 4 years in a similar role.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with confidence delivering both small and large-scale productions.
  • A broad range of interests and a growth mindset, bringing the same passion and ambition to every brief, whether it's a global campaign for an iconic brand or an internal campaign for a client's employee audience.
  • A proactive approach and strong client service ethos, with experience managing global projects involving remote clients and teams.
  • Full lifecycle production experience, from pitch to delivery, across digital, social, TV and print.
  • Strong creative judgement, backed by experience and real-world examples.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, adapting to different audiences to build understanding and buy-in.
  • Exceptional operational rigour and organisational skills, including time management, meeting leadership, planning, client management and reporting.
  • The ability to manage scope changes while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Confidence providing proactive, visible and transparent leadership.
  • Strong supplier management skills, commercial awareness and negotiation experience.
  • A strong technical understanding of production equipment and shoot logistics.
  • Experience setting up and delivering overseas shoots.
  • Experience managing remote filming and Covid-19 shoot regulations.
  • A keen eye for detail, with edit producer experience considered a plus.
