Job Description:
Your Role Within Our Kingdom
Join King's New Games Studio and help shape Minecraft Blast, our new puzzle title created in partnership with Mojang Studios. We are looking for a Senior Producer to lead production across the Features (Meta) area of the game.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between the bigger picture and the detail required to deliver. You will combine deep production experience with strong product knowledge, helping the team make sound day-to-day decisions while maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum.
Working closely with the Executive Producer, Craft Leads, and the wider cross-disciplinary team, you will turn goals and designs into clear, executable plans. You will probe assumptions, identify ambiguity and risk early, and ensure multidisciplinary teams understand what needs to be done, why it matters, and how the work fits together.
Responsibilities
- Take production ownership of the Features area, guiding meta features from concept and scoping through implementation, release, and iteration.
- Partner with the Executive Producer and cross-functional leads to translate product goals and designs into clear, achievable plans, priorities, and actionable work.
- Lead the day-to-day production of multiple feature tracks, maintaining visibility across workload, progress, dependencies, risks, and quality.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable production documentation, including Jira task creation and backlog management, ensuring plans, scope, decisions, and ownership remain visible and up to date.
- Ask the right questions to expose ambiguity early, resolve delivery challenges, and bring forward clear recommendations before issues become blockers.
- Build a high-performing and accountable team environment through effective communication, focused decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Develop strong relationships across teams, contribute production expertise, and constructively challenge the wider team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
