Rising Ballers Group

Rising Ballers Group is the home of football culture. Followed by footballers, musicians, creators and global brands, our digital media platform reaches tens of millions every month. We create content, experiences and campaigns that sit at the intersection of football, entertainment and culture.

Alongside our owned platforms, we partner with leading global brands to help them connect authentically with Gen Z audiences through world-class content, live experiences and social-first campaigns.

We're looking for a Senior Producer to lead production across both live experiences and content. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee, as well as lead projects from brief to delivery while helping shape how production operates across the business.

You'll run the production team, mentor producers, drive operational excellence and ensure every event, shoot and campaign is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of events, branded experiences, campaigns and content shoots from brief through to delivery.
  • Act as the senior production lead, mentoring and supporting the wider production team while maintaining high standards across every project.
  • Drive improvements to production processes, workflows, documentation and operational best practice.
  • Own project budgets, timelines and resource planning, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, profitably and to an exceptional standard.
  • Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and management across venues, crew, production partners, freelancers and technical suppliers.
  • Oversee live event delivery, ensuring smooth execution while confidently managing clients, talent, stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Produce branded content shoots, managing locations, schedules, equipment, crew and talent logistics.
  • Work closely with Creative, Partnerships and delivery team to ensure ideas are both creatively ambitious and operationally deliverable.
  • Support pitches with production expertise, feasibility advice and budget estimates.
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of suppliers and production partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
