Job Title: Senior Producer
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join a fast-paced creative content agency, leading the delivery of high-quality video and photographic productions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects across pre-production, production and post-production, working with creative, strategy and client services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers, photographers and editors, to turn creative concepts into standout content.
- Ensure projects meet the client brief, deliver against agreed KPIs and achieve a high creative standard, while maintaining strong control of budgets, margins and schedules.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients throughout production, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear, transparent communication.
- Support and mentor junior producers, sharing your experience and helping to develop efficient, effective ways of working.
The Day-to-Day
- Lead medium to large-scale video and photographic productions from pre-production through to final delivery.
- Manage crew bookings, travel, risk assessments, call sheets, insurance, permits and locations.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Build strong relationships with clients, talent, suppliers, freelancers and production partners.
- Lead shoots, ensuring they run smoothly, safely and to schedule.
- Work closely with directors, creatives, filmmakers, photographers and editors to ensure the creative vision is maintained through production and post-production.
- Track budgets, identify potential overages and efficiencies, and support delivery against agreed profit margins.
- Support pitches and creative proposals, including sourcing talent and influencers.
- Negotiate contracts, freelancer fees and talent usage rights.
- Maintain accurate project information, timelines, tasks and budgets within production management systems.
- Help develop and improve production processes and documentation.
- Mentor and support Junior Producers, providing guidance and oversight.
- Ensure productions follow relevant sustainability policies and contribute ideas for reducing environmental impact.

Must-Have
- 2-3+ years' professional experience producing video and photographic content, ideally within a creative content agency or production environment.
- Strong, hands-on experience across both pre-production AND post-production - essential.
- Proven ability to take productions from initial planning through shoot and post-production to final delivery.
- A strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to a high creative standard.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end production workflows.
- Experience coordinating shoots, including crew, locations, logistics and travel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and confidently in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Basic experience with contract negotiation and talent usage rights.
- Good understanding of digital and social content formats.
- A developing network of industry contacts.
- Commitment to sustainable production practices.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

About You
You're an experienced producer who is comfortable working in a creative content agency environment and owning productions from brief through to final asset delivery. You can confidently move between detailed pre-production planning, managing a busy shoot and overseeing the post-production process.
You're commercially aware, highly organised and calm under pressure, with the confidence to make decisions and solve problems in real time. You're equally comfortable working with clients and creative teams, and you enjoy supporting and developing more junior producers.
