This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Producer based in the United Kingdom.

As a Senior Producer, you will play a central role in delivering ambitious, high-quality AAA gaming experiences from strategy through launch. You will lead multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, balancing creative ambition with player expectations, quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Your leadership will help teams stay aligned, empowered, and focused on meaningful outcomes throughout the development lifecycle. You will act as a key problem-solver, making decisive calls when challenges arise and adapting production strategies as projects evolve. Working fully remotely with talented and diverse teams across Europe and beyond, you will foster collaboration while maintaining high standards of accountability. This is an opportunity to influence major game projects, shape production practices, and help create experiences that resonate with players worldwide.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, keeping player experience, game quality, schedule, and budget at the center of decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, establish milestones, prioritize deliverables, and align teams around a clear development strategy.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle, creating an environment where people have clear responsibilities, ownership, and accountability.
  • Build, mentor, and empower high-performing distributed teams, helping individuals and teams perform at their best while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Allocate resources, including people, tools, and time, according to evolving development priorities and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary problem-solver for production challenges, identifying risks early, making informed decisions under pressure, and turning obstacles into actionable solutions.
  • Continuously assess project risks, adjust production strategies as circumstances change, and maintain momentum toward key milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate transparent communication across disciplines, leadership teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone remains aligned around a shared vision.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments, resolving dependencies and ensuring teams work effectively toward common objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve production processes, using agile frameworks and data-driven insights to increase team effectiveness, predictability, and quality.
  • Advocate for the player throughout the development process, balancing creative vision with the practical realities of resources, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Take full ownership of delivery outcomes and continuously learn from successes, challenges, and decisions to improve future production performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
