Dark Burn Creative, a Trailer Park Group agency, is one of gaming's most prominent and growing entertainment marketing agencies, specializing in global gamer-first campaigns, design, visual development, content creation, trailers, and in-engine cinematography. We combine our creative storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources, uniquely positioning us to create, market, and distribute gaming content for our diverse client portfolio of top gaming development companies and major brands.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Producer to join our London team and lead complex projects across the creation of immersive video game campaigns that excite gamers worldwide. As the primary production leader, you'll oversee internal production, vendor management, and client services in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has strong adaptive leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with creative teams and handle multiple projects effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee production process across all areas including cross functional work streams and vendors.
  • Innovate and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
  • Serve as primary contact with the client for their business needs at DBC.
  • Provides leadership, mentorship, and training to team members.
  • Responsible for the overall output of the team and successful completion of the project.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for Dark Burn creatives projects from concept/project kickoff through delivery.
  • Assist in developing content strategies and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify trending games and upcoming releases for coverage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to game capture and creative production.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project timelines and goals.
  • Quality control and successful delivery of final deliverables.
  • Ensure videos meet quality standards, including resolution, frame rate, and audio quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new gaming technologies, and emerging platforms.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the creative process to enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, including schedules, milestones, and issues encountered.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, multimedia production, or communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience producing trailers or advertising assets in entertainment or gaming. Gameplay trailers preferred.
  • Experience managing creative teams and using project management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Slack, Airtable
  • Strong passion for video games and a good understanding of gaming culture.
  • Proficiency with video games, video, and static digital assets specifications and nomenclature.
  • Video and photo editing skills is a plus (knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc. is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
