About The Role

As our Senior Producer you will lead the end-to-end production of exciting global campaign content across moving image and stills. It combines hands-on production expertise with creative, budget and schedule management, bringing ambitious shoots to life from initial brief through to set. Fast-paced and varied, this role spans a dynamic range of shoots with talent and crew, while managing key stakeholders and continuously evolving production processes to deliver standout content.

As a Senior Producer you will

  • Lead on always-on and campaign content, from briefing to pre-production to shoots across moving image and stills
  • Managing day to day execution of global content requests ensuring quality of outcome for all weekly shoots and calendar planning
  • Delivering multiple production schedules from briefing to shoot and working closely with Creative Services ensuring post-production within the social edit team is harmonious across all live projects
  • Hands on leadership and management of a Production Assistant, Producer and freelancers on set - encouraging a collaborative environment
  • Responsible for creative budgets, time tracking and reconciliation per project and for the annual always-on shoot budget
  • Working closely with the Head of Production to manage all content needs in the yearly shoot calendar and budgets
  • Production support at major external events attended by talent and Brand Ambassadors delivering pop-up studio spaces or nimble shoots as required
  • Manage any external production companies making sure they adhere to the Tilbury standards
  • Responsible for bringing on board new talent and maintaining great relationships with external stakeholders such as photographers, directors, DOP, set designer & studios etc
  • Evaluate & review all production processes, working on new ideas to improve functionality & implementing where possible

About You

  • Strong knowledge of and past experience in producing global content
  • Prior video and stills production experience
  • Relevant experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to rapidly adapt to change quickly and effectively, under pressure and short deadlines
  • The ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a proactive, professional and positive attitude
