Experiences Producer | Global Experiential & Product Marketing
£91k | 12 Month Contract | London | Hybrid
A senior Experiences Producer supporting a global technology organisation’s Product Experiences and Experiential Marketing function, responsible for developing and delivering high-impact product experiences, events, activations and live demonstrations across international markets.
Working at the intersection of product, marketing, communications, policy, legal, creative and external agency partners, the role combines strategic planning, creative production, stakeholder management and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, production and delivery of complex product experiences, events and experiential activations across global markets.
- Translate event briefs and business objectives into clear production plans, experiences, timelines, budgets and measurement strategies.
- Partner with product, marketing, communications, policy, legal and creative teams to align experiences with wider product and business priorities.
- Manage external agencies, vendors and production partners throughout planning and execution.
- Provide expertise across experience design, event logistics, technology, staffing, demonstrations and on-site delivery.
- Deliver high-profile product demonstrations and presentations to senior and VIP audiences when required.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with differing scopes, budgets, timelines and stakeholder groups.
- Navigate changing product direction and evolving requirements, using sound judgement, critical thinking and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Develop processes, playbooks and operational approaches that improve consistency and enable experiential programmes to scale globally.
- Establish measurement plans, coordinate post-event data collection and develop compelling narratives around event performance and impact.
- Support experiential activations across Europe, Asia and the US, with international travel required.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, creative production or a closely related field.
- Significant experience delivering complex live and virtual events in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills, including confidence delivering live product demonstrations.
- Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- A highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused approach to production.
- Experience working within large, complex or matrixed global organisations is highly desirable.
- Experience with emerging technologies, XR or hardware products is advantageous.
