Senior Product Analyst | Global FinTech | London
We're partnering with a high-growth global FinTech that is redefining the intersection of payments, commerce, and customer engagement. With millions of customers and a rapidly expanding product ecosystem, the business is investing heavily in the data, analytics, and decisioning capabilities that underpin its next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to own analytics for a strategically important commerce platform where customer discovery, merchant performance, personalisation, and monetisation converge.
What You'll Do
- Lead analytics strategy for a large-scale commerce and merchant platform, defining the metrics, frameworks, and insights that drive product and commercial decisions.
- Design and evaluate experimentation programmes across discovery, search, merchant placements, personalisation, and monetisation initiatives.
- Build scalable measurement models covering attribution, incrementality, ROAS, conversion, customer value, and revenue optimisation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to develop advanced targeting, segmentation, recommendation, and marketplace allocation capabilities.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Marketplace Analytics, Data Science, or a similar data-led role.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work confidently with large-scale behavioural and transactional datasets.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and incrementality measurement.
- Experience analysing digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, search behaviour, engagement, or marketplace performance.
- Experience with segmentation, targeting, personalisation, recommendation systems, ranking models, or advertising performance measurement is highly advantageous.
