Senior Product Analyst
Remote (Must be UK-based, team meet-ups)
Up to £70,000
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth digital business where analytics is at the heart of product decision-making. You'll partner closely with product leaders to shape acquisition, conversion, and activation strategies, using data to influence roadmap decisions and deliver measurable commercial impact.
The Company
They are a fast-growing, subscription-based digital platform with a global customer base and a strong product-led culture. Backed by significant investment, the business is scaling rapidly and continues to invest heavily in both its product and data capabilities.
Their analytics function sits within Product and works closely with Engineering, UX, Design, and Marketing. With a collaborative and mission-driven culture, they offer the opportunity to work on unique customer journeys and complex product challenges while maintaining a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
The Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will focus on customer acquisition and conversion within the product experience, helping teams understand user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve growth.

Responsibilities
- Leading product analytics across acquisition, activation, and conversion journeys
- Conducting funnel analysis to understand customer behaviour and identify friction points
- Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Defining event tracking requirements and success metrics for new product features
- Using behavioural data to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Building dashboards and self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders
- Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and business outcomes
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive customer growth
- Challenging assumptions and contributing to product discovery activities
- Supporting best practice across analytics, experimentation, and insight generation
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong commercial experience in Product Analytics
- Experience working with event tracking tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience running and analysing A/B tests and experimentation programmes
- Proven ability to influence product decisions through data and insight
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience operating autonomously within a cross-functional environment
- A track record of delivering measurable improvements in product performance, conversion, or growth

- Customer lifecycle, retention, churn, or LTV analysis
- Dashboard development and data visualisation
- Python, R, or dbt
