Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Senior Product Analyst - Charging Platform to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Gaydon.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / SME to support the delivery of innovative EV Charging and Connected Device solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, gathering and translating requirements into actionable solutions while supporting testing and delivery activities. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong engineering or technical leadership background who can work independently across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering workshops and solution design activities.
  • Analyse, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Support functional, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities across digital platforms and applications.
  • Define test scope, create test scenarios, and author test scripts aligned to business requirements.
  • Assist with delivery coordination and progress tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Work closely with product, technology, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Digital Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements management.
  • Experience planning and executing testing activities, including test case creation, validation, and defect management.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams while balancing changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within Digital Platforms, SaaS Solutions, EV Charging Platforms, IoT, Connected Devices, Smart Mobility, or Enterprise Technology Solutions is highly desirable.

Desirable Experience

  • EV Charging platforms, charging management systems, charge point operator (CPO) solutions, or related digital services.
  • Digital products, connected platforms, IoT ecosystems, cloud-based applications, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience working within technology, digital transformation, smart mobility, energy technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and connected technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with EV charging standards, charging networks, or e-mobility solutions would be advantageous.
