Senior Product Analyst - 9 Month Contract - paying up to £550 Inside IR35 - Hybrid (London) - immediate start

The Role
We need a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team, supporting 5 of our 10+ product squads. This isn't a reporting or dashboarding role - we're looking for someone who can influence product strategy through data, not just produce it. You'll partner directly with Product Managers to shape decisions before, during and after features ship.

What You'll Do
- Define hypotheses and success metrics before features are built
- Own North Star Metrics across product squads, from definition through to dbt models and Omni dashboards
- Measure feature adoption, retention and activation post-launch
- Challenge product assumptions with data rather than simply reporting numbers
- Influence roadmap decisions through insight, working autonomously with senior stakeholders

What You'll Need
- Proven B2B SaaS product analytics experience, ideally in fintech
- Expert SQL
- dbt Core & BigQuery
- Amplitude (or similar) for event/behavioural analysis
- Omni (or similar modern BI/semantic layer)
- Strong commercial instincts and the confidence to challenge Product Managers, not just take orders
Nice to have: Python, experience with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude, etc.)
