Senior Product Analyst, Growth (London)

About Fresha

Fresha is the leading AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, giving businesses everything they need to run smarter, grow faster and build stronger client relationships.

In May 2026, Fresha secured an $80M growth investment from KKR at a valuation of $1B, officially reaching unicorn status and bringing total funding raised to $285M. Already profitable, Fresha is using this investment to accelerate global expansion and drive the next generation of AI and product innovation.

Today, Fresha operates at global scale, with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Our platform is trusted by 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries, with more than 1.5 billion appointments booked to date.

Our mission is simple: help beauty and wellness businesses grow by giving them the technology they need to attract clients, manage their operations and run their business in one place.

We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Role Overview

Senior Product Analyst, Growth | The Bower, 207-211, Old St, Tower, London EC1V 9NR | Four days in office, Wednesdays remote

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + ESOPs
Reporting to: Head of Analytics
Function: Analytics

Given our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Analyst to come and join our global business.

Fresha sits across two distinct products — a B2C marketplace and app used by millions of consumers, and a B2B software platform used by the partners who run their business on Fresha. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving product and growth decisions across both surfaces, owning the instrumentation and measurement that makes those decisions possible. You'll also play a key role in understanding product performance and traffic — what's driving users to the platform, and how they behave and engage once there.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics and working closely with Product Managers, our Senior Marketing Analyst, and Engineering, you'll be accountable for the tracking, attribution, analytics and experimentation foundation the whole Growth pod builds on. You're not just measuring what happened — you're identifying new opportunities and pushing the analytics function's technical bar as we scale.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real room to grow. There's clear opportunity for internal progression here, with a natural next step being either Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager as your scope and impact grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is right for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working autonomously, love a challenge, and are eager to make a significant impact across both a consumer marketplace and a B2B platform.

How we work

We're rebuilding Analytics around three principles: understand what's really going on, not just report the number that was asked for; partner with the business, rather than simply serve it; and raise what matters before you're asked, rather than waiting for a request. This sits alongside Fresha's wider values — Accountability, Curiosity, Unity, Bravery, and Excellence.

Key Accountabilities

Behavioural

  • Collaborate broadly across Product, Engineering, and the wider Growth pod to align on priorities and create solutions that stick
  • Bring genuine curiosity to ambiguous problems — get to what's really going on, not just what's being asked for
  • Prioritise pragmatically — balancing commercial impact against effort, and staying close enough to the business to know what's actually urgent
  • Pre-empt issues proactively, flagging tracking or data quality risks before they undermine a decision

Technical

  • Own instrumentation and measurement of key user flows — sign-up, booking, cancellation, and partner-side workflows — across both the B2C marketplace/app and the B2B platform
  • Build marketplace and consumer analytics — segmentation and strategies (including predictive models) to grow consumer value
  • Drive understanding of product performance and traffic — where it comes from, how it converts, and how users behave and engage once on the platform, across both paid and organic channels
  • Own the tracking implementation (tagging, event taxonomy, attribution) that makes traffic and conversion analysis trustworthy
  • Develop multi-touch attribution modelling for marketing spend, running incrementality tests to validate real causal effect where it matters
  • Design and run experiments (CRO and beyond) end to end — hypothesis, build, statistically rigorous read-out — across both surfaces
  • Keep tracking resilient to a privacy-first landscape — server-side tracking and conversion APIs alongside standard client-side tagging
  • Own marketplace KPI reporting, giving the business one reliable, trusted source for supply and demand metrics
  • Write production-grade SQL and Python, and contribute analytics logic into our dbt models via GitHub rather than keeping it in personal notebooks
  • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) as a normal part of how you work, helping set the standard for how the pod uses AI tooling
  • As scope grows, take on a widening remit — mentoring, setting standards, and building toward your next step, whether that's Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • 4-8 years' experience collaborating with product teams and implementing analytics strategies, ideally spanning both consumer and B2B products
  • Deep knowledge of event collection and instrumentation, with hands-on experience in Amplitude or a similar product analytics platform
  • Strong SQL and Python skills used daily for analysis, with hands-on experience contributing to dbt models and working in GitHub-based workflows
  • Practical experience with multi-touch attribution models, including an understanding of their limitations — ideally with some exposure to incrementality testing or causal inference methods
  • Comfortable running and analysing experiments in a statistically rigorous way
  • Fluent use of AI agents (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to support analytical workflows
  • Track record of turning analysis into decisions — specific product or marketing outcomes you've shaped, not just dashboards you've built

Bonus Points

  • Worked in B2B SaaS or consumer marketplaces (ideally both)
  • Deep experience in GTM setup and marketing conversion signals, including server-side GTM and conversion API integrations
  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) as a complement to attribution
  • Experience building predictive or propensity models that were adopted into a team's workflow
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or setting standards others follow
  • Experience working in small teams and startup environments
