Senior Product Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support Product Owners and Agile delivery teams within a large digital transformation environment.

You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, support delivery and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and support delivery.
  • Manage Product Analysis activities across the end-to-end product life cycle.
  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear solution specifications.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritise competing needs.
  • Support business process analysis, scoping and solution design.
  • Present complex business and technical information clearly.
  • Identify and assess business and technology risks.
  • Produce concise reports, documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Support and mentor Junior Analysts where required.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product-focused BA.
  • Proven experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into functional or technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
