Senior Product Analyst (Contract) | Commerce Intelligence | Hybrid/London | Outside IR35

I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing commerce technology businesses to find a Senior Product Analyst on an initial, 12-month contract engagement.

Contract Details:

  • Hybrid/Central London
  • Initial 12-month
  • Day rate: £600 - £750 per day (outside of IR35)

This is not a traditional reporting or BI role.

My client is looking for someone who enjoys being embedded within a product environment, working directly with stakeholders, customers, and product teams to identify opportunities, define meaningful metrics, and influence product direction through data.

You'll become the dedicated analytical lead across a suite of merchant-facing products, helping the business better understand product usage, customer needs, and where investment should be focused.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with Product, Design, and Data teams to shape product decisions
  • Working directly with merchants and stakeholders to understand what insights are most valuable
  • Defining success measures, KPIs, and key metrics
  • Identifying opportunities through analysis and making evidence-based recommendations
  • Evaluating product performance and feature adoption
  • Influencing roadmap prioritisation through customer and data insights
  • Supporting the evolution of customer-facing dashboards and analytics products
  • Acting as a trusted analytical partner across multiple business areas

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
