What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the analytics partner within a cross-functional product team, using data and insight to shape product strategy and drive measurable outcomes
  • Analyse customer behaviour across product journeys to identify user needs, friction points, growth opportunities, and areas of commercial impact
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments, applying statistical techniques to support confident, evidence-based decision-making
  • Define product success metrics and KPIs, translating business and product objectives into meaningful measurement frameworks
  • Influence product roadmaps and strategic priorities through clear communication of analytical findings and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Product Managers, Data, and Analytics Engineering teams to ensure robust product instrumentation, tracking, and data quality
  • Develop deep insights into customer behaviour through segmentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and other advanced analytical techniques
  • Create compelling data visualisations and narratives that help stakeholders understand product performance, customer behaviour, and business impact
  • Champion experimentation and a culture of evidence-based decision-making, helping to build analytical capability across product teams

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll bring strong experience working with large behavioural datasets and a proven ability to translate complex analysis into actionable product insights.
  • You’ll be highly proficient in SQL and comfortable using advanced analytical techniques to understand customer behaviour, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of experimentation and statistical methods, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and interpreting results to drive product decisions. Experience defining product metrics and measurement frameworks is essential, alongside expertise in analytical approaches such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • You’ll be comfortable working within cross-functional product teams and influencing stakeholders through clear communication, data storytelling, and evidence-based recommendations. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is important, as is proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • We’re looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with strong commercial awareness and product curiosity. Experience with product analytics platforms such as FullStory, Mixpanel, or Amplitude would be beneficial, as would a passion for helping teams make better decisions through data.
