More about our mission and what we offer.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for our Online Platforms vertical. You’ll be at the centre of one of Wise Platform’s biggest growth opportunities, working with product, engineering, operations and commercial leaders to shape our product and go-to-market strategy. As part of the vertical leadership team, you’ll shape its priorities, building conviction through your insights and analysis and drive cross-functional stakeholders to action.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role in a fast-scaling “start-up within a scale-up” environment. You’ll turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis, insights into compelling narratives and opportunities into high-conviction product bets.
The role will require you to be hands-on and develop a deep understanding of our products, partners and opportunity areas. You’ll own the verticals performance and be willing to get your hands dirty, helping analysts and cross-functional partners to work through some of the most complex and ambiguous problem areas.
You’ll manage a team from day one, while building and scaling a high-performing product analytics function for the vertical. You’ll set a clear analytics vision and roadmap, develop analysts and establish the data, metrics and ways of working needed to support the vertical as it grows.
You’ll help us answer questions such as:
- Where are our biggest product, growth and commercial opportunities?
- Who should we be building and selling our products and solutions for?
- What products should we build or improve to unlock growth?
- How can we reduce time to revenue and ensure partners scale effectively?
- Where is friction occurring across the onboarding and transaction lifecycle, and how should we address it?
- How should we position and prioritise our products to create the greatest long-term impact?
- How should we structure and resource our teams?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the vertical’s growth and performance end-to-end. You’ll define and proactively manage the vertical and sub-teams’ KPIs and metrics suite, ensuring there is a clear understanding of product performance. You’ll identify root causes, undertake deep dives and work with counterparts to turn your insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead product discovery, market and opportunity sizing for product initiatives, understanding their short- and long-term impact against our KPIs. You’ll use this work to shape strategy, prioritise opportunities and influence product and commercial roadmaps.
- Build and scale a high-performing product analytics function as the vertical grows, setting its vision, priorities, operating model and ways of working. You’ll also build the analytics foundations needed to scale, including reliable data models, clear metric definitions and effective self-serve reporting.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of product analysts from day one, creating a high bar for analytical quality, commercial thinking and impact.
- Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial leadership to turn complex analysis into compelling narratives and clear recommendations, influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional teams to action.
