Senior Product Area Manager
Hybrid - West London - 3 Days Min
Product, Operations Transformation & AI
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Area Manager to lead a portfolio of operational products focused on optimisation, planning, resource allocation and AI-driven decision making.
Working at the intersection of business, technology and operations, you will define product strategy, manage a complex portfolio roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product portfolio strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, change, data and technology.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, track benefits realisation and report value delivery.
- Drive adoption of digital products and embed new ways of working.
- Leverage data, analytics and AI to improve operational decision making.

Required Experience
- Proven experience leading product portfolios, transformation programmes or digital initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, including Director and Executive-level engagement.
- Experience working in complex operational environments such as transport, logistics, retail, utilities, manufacturing or other large-scale operations.
- Track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial, strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to data, optimisation, analytics and AI-led products.
