Are you ready to launch the next stage of your career with a global leader in space exploration?
Our client is a leading Space Tech company, combining high-level engineering expertise with a practical approach to complex space missions. Following a period of continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Product Assurance (PA) Engineer to join a high-calibre team of experts. This is a pivotal role where you will act as a key interface for high-profile ESA projects and exciting international collaborations.
The Mission
As a Senior PA Engineer, you will take ownership of product assurance activities for cutting-edge electronic units and subsystems. You will be the focal point for quality, ensuring that every component, whether designed in-house or procured, meets the rigorous standards required for life in the stars.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PA Work Packages: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial definition to final disposal.
- Standards & Compliance: Author project-specific PA Plans and lead assurance for EEE parts, materials, and processes.
- Critical Reviews: Chair and provide expert input for design and manufacturing reviews (including PDR, CDR, TRB, and MRR).
- Problem Solving: Lead non-conformance processes (NRBs, FRBs) and drive root cause analysis.
- Mentorship: Play a key role in growing the team by mentoring junior QA and PA engineers.
- Collaboration: Work across geographically distributed teams to promote a "quality-first" culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
