What to Expect

At McLaren, quality is at the heart of every vehicle we build. As a Senior Product Audit Specialist, you'll act as the voice of the customer within our manufacturing environment, using audit findings, retailer feedback and warranty insights to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams, you'll help shape quality standards, enhance product performance and ensure every McLaren meets the high expectations of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of the McLaren Product Audit (MPA) process, strengthening links between manufacturing, retailer feedback, warranty performance and customer expectations.
  • Review and approve supplier concessions, boundary extensions and quality-related requests.
  • Drive robust audit measurement systems, including MSA activities and attribute sampling plans.
  • Support and develop MPA Auditors, ensuring consistent auditing standards and technical capability.
  • Manage audit feedback and escalation processes, ensuring issues are effectively contained, investigated and resolved.
  • Identify and escalate quality trends through structured problem-solving activities.
  • Provide input to quality standards, programme reviews and new model readiness assessments.
  • Plan and conduct detailed vehicle audits against design intent, both static and dynamic.
  • Act as deputy for the MPA Manager when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
