Senior Product Business Analyst – iGaming

Company Overview

Team Creation is a leading iGaming company dedicated to delivering innovative and exciting gaming experiences to players worldwide. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially aware and detail-oriented Senior Product Business Analyst to support the development and operational delivery of our iGaming products.

This role will work closely with Design, Technical, Studio & Operations teams to ensure new games, product features, and live enhancements are delivered efficiently and meet both business and operational expectations.

You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, working with UI/UX Designers to ensure all player-facing assets, creative materials, and in-game content meet product, brand, and operational standards—from initial requirements through to QA and rollout.

As our gaming products are closely integrated with live studio operations and streaming environments, the role requires strong coordination with studio teams to ensure all SOP compliance, operational workflows, tables, tools, props, and visual presentation align with product and operational standards.

Ideal skills: Experience in iGaming, live casino, gaming operations, or digital product environments, with a balance of analytical thinking, product coordination, creative review, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Feature Management

  • Support development of new gaming products and enhancement of existing features
  • Gather and document clear requirements for development teams
  • Work with Designers, Developers, and Studio teams across the product lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment between operational processes, UX, and business goals
  • Assist in feature planning, prioritisation, and release coordination
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve product performance and user experience
  • Work with UI/UX teams to refine game layouts, UI flows, and player experience
  • Coordinate on promotional and in-game marketing assets (banners, lobbies, videos)
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to branding, product objectives, and operational standards
  • Oversee delivery of approved design outputs
  • Prepare product presentations and business documentation (e.g., PPT, SOPs)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
