About the Role

You’ll play a key role in helping the business understand and navigate complex financial positions, with a focus on valuation, P&L, risk, and reporting. You’ll bring your experience and judgement to explain what’s happening behind the numbers, provide clear and meaningful insight, and act as a trusted Product Control expert to stakeholders across the business. Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to improve how we work, using tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python to automate processes, develop smarter solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and influencing outcomes. You’ll work independently and alongside colleagues to assess risk, support new products and markets, and contribute to wider business projects and initiatives. You’ll be comfortable developing concepts, building and testing models, and turning complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations that people can understand and get behind. Most importantly, you’ll bring curiosity, strong analytical thinking, and the confidence to challenge, influence, and make a real difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
