Senior Product Designer

Location: Shoreditch, London

Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Working from Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a growing consumer technology business on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) background who combines exceptional visual design with strong product thinking. You'll play a key role in creating polished customer experiences across web and mobile while evolving an established design system that supports the continued growth of the product.

Based from the company's Shoreditch office four days per week, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data teams, taking ownership of design from discovery through to delivery while using customer insight, experimentation and data to create intuitive, commercially effective user experiences.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience designing customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, subscriptions, account management, loyalty and customer retention.

The Role

You'll work across a variety of high-impact initiatives, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives while delivering high-quality, production-ready designs. Projects are likely to include:

  • Designing and optimising acquisition, onboarding and customer engagement journeys.
  • Improving ecommerce checkout, account management and subscription experiences.
  • Enhancing customer retention, loyalty and repeat purchase journeys.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Creating polished, production-ready user interfaces across web and mobile.
  • Taking ownership of an established design system, extending reusable components and scalable UI patterns.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Using customer insights, behavioural analytics and experimentation to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
