The Role
The Senior Product Design Manager – Europe is responsible for the ideation, sourcing, costing and development of products across Contiki's core European market, with a primary focus on the coach product portfolio.
You'll work closely with contracting, operations and commercial teams to develop compelling itineraries, identify growth opportunities and ensure products remain commercially successful while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Identify and develop product enhancement opportunities across Europe through market research, destination analysis and customer insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis across key destinations.
- Undertake destination research trips (recces).
- Develop detailed product briefs, including sourcing, costing and contracting.
- Build relationships with accommodation, transport and experience suppliers.
- Work closely with procurement, operations and commercial teams.
- Represent Contiki at supplier meetings and industry events.
- Drive the launch of new products.
- Monitor product quality and customer experience.
- Maintain product information across websites, brochures and internal systems.
- Support Marketing, Sales and Contact Centre teams with product knowledge.
- Assist with wider Travel Experiences projects as required.

What We're Looking For
- Considerable experience within the tourism industry.
- Experience developing travel products or itineraries.
- Strong knowledge of Europe and the European tourism market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive and customer-focused approach.
