Senior Product Designer
Salary: Up to £90,000 basic

A global leader in B2B events and communities, delivering over 500% revenue growth over the past five years, is investing heavily in modernising its digital ecosystem. Operating with the pace and ambition of a high-growth scale-up, they are overhauling the end-to-end journey for hundreds of thousands of global attendees, exhibitors, and internal teams.
They are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Designer to lead 0→1 discovery, research, and execution across multiple complex product domains.

- Overhauling global registration journeys and event mobile apps.
- Modernising internal CRM tools and API-driven interfaces.
- Designing innovative Data and AI platforms to deliver hyper-personalised attendee and exhibitor experiences.
- Creating end-to-end journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
What You Bring
- End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience driving discovery, user research, testing, journey mapping, and interface design from scratch through to delivery.
- Complex Multi-Product Environments: Comfort navigating multi-platform ecosystems, vendor-led integrations, and 3rd-party platforms.
- Simplifying Complexity: A strong track record of streamlining dense transactional flows (such as registration, onboarding, or checkout funnels) into frictionless experiences.
- Collaborative Mindset: High emotional intelligence, capable of working seamlessly with product managers, engineers, and non-technical business teams.
