The Role
Senior Product Designers are the architects of our mobile user journeys, turning complex requirements into seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences. They are collaborative problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail, strong mobile expertise, and a deep sense of user empathy.
At Pointr, we empower Product Designers to own the end-to-end design of our mobile app features, creating high-fidelity experiences that impact millions of users across the globe. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by evolving our mobile design system while collaborating closely with PMs and engineering teams to bridge the gap between design and development.
At its core, this role requires the Senior Product Designer to combine structured thinking with creative execution, taking complete ownership of the mobile product experience across both iOS and Android platforms from discovery to final QA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
