Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape digital experiences designed to help people build healthier, more sustainable habits. You’ll work at the intersection of product design, behavioral psychology, AI, and gamification to create experiences that are both engaging and effective. Your work will influence the customer journey of a large-scale consumer product used by millions of people worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn behavioral insights, research, and data into innovative product solutions. AI will be a core part of the design process, rather than an optional feature layered onto the experience. This is an opportunity to challenge conventional approaches, experiment rapidly, and create meaningful experiences at significant global scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead the design of innovative B2C product experiences that improve the customer journey and support long-term behavior change.
- Design with AI as a fundamental component of the user experience, exploring meaningful ways to integrate AI-powered functionality into product journeys.
- Apply gamification principles and behavioral psychology to create experiences that motivate users and encourage sustainable habits.
- Use UX research, behavioral insights, analytics, and product data to identify opportunities and validate design decisions.
- Develop original UI/UX concepts and unconventional solutions that differentiate the product and improve user engagement and effectiveness.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and emerging product patterns to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop, test, and refine design hypotheses through rapid experimentation and iterative product development.
- Work closely with product, engineering, research, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to bring design concepts from idea to implementation.
- Present, explain, and confidently defend design decisions and hypotheses to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously raise the quality and effectiveness of the product experience by challenging assumptions and seeking better solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
