THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic creative team at Katie Loxton.

As part of our wonderfully talented Product Design team, you will be designing standout products across bags and accessories that will be cherished by customers across wholesale and retail channels. You will make an impact by bringing stories to life through every collection, creating pieces that feel personal, thoughtful, and unforgettable.

From initial concept to final delivery, your designs will help shape our seasonal collections, influence the broader product vision, and inspire our creative teams. With a strong commercial mindset balanced by emerging trends and creativity, you will play a pivotal role in defining each season’s direction and bringing our product vision to life.

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior designers, helping them grow while ensuring every piece we create embodies the high-quality, affordable-luxury look and feel our customers love.

Are you highly creative, commercially aware, and confident in working strategically while staying close to the detail of product design? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. This may increase to 5 days a week during peak periods such as during sign off periods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
