Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow

At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.

We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.

If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Confirm, you will be accountable for design excellence for a significant capability within our product portfolio, shaping experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, elegant, and deeply aligned with the needs of millions of users across the globe.

You will be an expert contributor to complex end-to-end design initiatives, influencing product strategy through research and insight, and ensuring our design quality, design systems, and customer understanding scale as our product and teams grow. You will help define how Confirm builds products — not just what we build.

You will work as a key member of a cross-functional product team — partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to create designs and experiences from scratch for new capabilities and working in established design systems within existing features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

While you live at the leading edge of AI, every decision you make is anchored in robust user-centred design theory to ensure we deliver a fantastic, high-performing product, not just a set of AI experiments.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Innovative Design: Craft, develop and refine intuitive, engaging experiences and interfaces that deliver valuable outcomes for users and organisations. Design inclusively, ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG) are met and evangelised.
  • Champion Best Practices: Share your design expertise with colleagues, supporting the growth of junior team members through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user research to develop deep empathy for our customers and inform human-centred design solutions.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Design consistent and holistic information architectures and navigation systems to simplify complex workflows across products.
  • Design System Contribution: Contribute to the evolution of our design system to streamline both design and development processes while advocating for its adoption across the organisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to align priorities and effectively execute on the product roadmap.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Analyse data and research findings to evaluate the current UX performance and identify actionable insights for improvements.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent portfolio: You have a portfolio of exemplary design work at hand from enterprise SaaS software or comparable products and you can succinctly explain the intricacies of your design decisions.
  • Accountability: You have sustained evidence of your personal accountability for the design quality of an entire product or significant product capability, acting as the internal subject matter expert who earns the deep respect of their peers.
  • Execution quality: Your work raises the standard of the surface it lands on. Others reuse your patterns because they are well made, not just because they exist. You look for areas where products are stale, you add to the backlog and drive change.
  • Creating calm: You raise the emotional baseline of a room, particularly when things are going badly. People are more able to do their work because of how you show up.
  • Constructive challenge: You challenge decisions with a point of view and a proposed path - a short-term workaround, a first step, a question that would unblock it, or an offer to own a piece. You disagree without deflating the room.
  • Looking for feedback: You consistently ask for critique on your thinking from a wider group, and inform the group which elements you're incorporating into your work.
  • Raising others: You choose the forum and the moment deliberately to improve the craft of work around you through critique, giving specific and actionable feedback on visual and interaction detail.
  • Explaining decisions: You articulate the reasoning behind craft decisions unprompted, in terms of user outcome rather than taste.
  • Mentoring communicators: You are able to unpick the communication of others around you and offer advice and feedback.
  • Considering the future: You're managing your own work and others to ensure that anyone can pick up where they left off. Projects that you've worked on are known to be immaculate when you're done.
