The roles
Right now we're focused on senior to VP-level Product & UX Design — Senior Product Designer, Lead/Principal Designer, Head of Design, Director/VP of Design. Expect real ownership: shaping product strategy, building and mentoring teams, and sitting close to founders and leadership — not just executing tickets.
Salary range: £70K - £120K
