Senior Product Designer - London Hybrid (2 days/week) - Up to £100,000 + Equity - High Growth HealthTech
In Product is partnered with a HealthTech startup on a mission to transform primary care. Their platform already supports hundreds of practices and millions of patients, helping clinical teams spot risk earlier, act faster, and deliver proactive, preventative care at scale.
This is a business in a real growth moment. They are scaling fast through people, technology and launches into new markets, and are already achieving significant ARR with a core product that launched less than 5 years ago.
Design here is not a handoff function. This team is looking for a designer who owns the full loop: understand the problem, shape the solution, and ship it. The way designers work is changing fast, and the best designers are already using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude and v0 to prototype in real interfaces, ship small features directly, and close the gap between design intent and production reality. That's who they want to hire.
You'll join a rapidly scaling Engineering and Product team, working alongside two other Product Designers whom you'll support in establishing design practices and systems. As Senior Product Designer, you'll own design quality and direction within your product area, working closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead in a cross-functional squad.

As the design function develops, there is genuine scope to shape hiring, practices, and design leadership, including how AI-native design works across the team. This is a role with real trajectory for the right person.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who has:
- Moved beyond Figma as their primary output. Figma is one tool in a wider workflow, not the end product
- Actively used AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, v0 or similar) to prototype, build and ship, not just to speed up existing workflows but to do things that weren't previously possible for a designer
- Shipped features or UI improvements directly, independently or hand-in-hand with engineers
- Led design within a cross-functional squad and owned outcomes, not just outputs
- Worked end to end and can articulate trade-offs clearly and confidently
- Improved design quality or ways of working beyond their immediate area
- Made good decisions with incomplete information, and knows when to explore, when to simplify, and when to commit and ship
- Built B2B products in data-heavy, technically complex environments
