The role

Our Product, Design and Technology department is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in crafting the Sedex product experience.

  • Document and own the end-to-end journey for supplier organisations, using data to surface real world user issues for prioritisation on our roadmap;
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in interpreting the results into usable product feedback;
  • Gather analysis on competing products and features to inform user experience decisions;
  • Ideate, sketch, wireframe and prototype product features and components;
  • Provide high-fidelity user interface designs using components that can help inform our design system;
  • Lead conversations with business stakeholders from outside the Product, Design and Technology department;
  • Liaise directly with Front and Back End Engineers throughout the design process;
  • Be responsible for design sign off for components, and features, before they go live;
  • Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve design processes, increase efficiency and create better customer outcomes; and
  • Participate in recruitment of other Product Designers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
