Senior Product Designer

We’re partnering with a global technology business to find a Senior Product Designer who combines strong end-to-end product thinking with exceptional visual craft.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking complex products and turning them into intuitive, beautifully crafted experiences. You’ll work across established and new products, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering while using AI throughout the design process to explore, prototype and ship ideas faster.

This role goes beyond traditional UX/UI. We’re particularly interested in designers with a strong creative edge across areas such as motion, animation, illustration, 3D or visual storytelling, alongside excellent core product design skills.

The role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects from early discovery and concept development through to detailed design and delivery.

You’ll work within a highly technical product environment, simplifying complex concepts without sacrificing visual quality. There’s plenty of scope to experiment with new tools and approaches, particularly AI-enabled design and prototyping.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
