(Senior) Product Designer
Location: Germany / UK
Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover)

Founded in 2008, we have come a long way to provide our users with the best personalised digital football experience. We are a team of around 250 football fanatics working from hubs in Berlin, London, and Lisbon. Our purpose is to disrupt the status quo and make football accessible and enjoyable.
(Senior) Product Designer
We're looking for a Product Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help create engaging experiences used by millions of football fans worldwide.
- Work across a variety of product areas, from matchday and content consumption experiences to streaming, subscription journeys, and commerce-related initiatives.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys moving between different challenges, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, and creating experiences that are both user-centric and commercially effective.
- Play a key role in understanding user behavior, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention, and designing experiences that create value for both our users and the business.
Your Role
- Design end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, helping fans discover, consume, and engage with football content.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve user and business problems across areas such as media, OTT, subscriptions, and commerce.
- Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to our design system and help shape consistent experiences across the OneFootball ecosystem.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern design practices to work efficiently and deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Profile
- 4+ years of product design experience within consumer-facing digital products, ideally in media, streaming, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace environments.
- Experience designing transactional and conversion-focused user journeys for direct-to-consumer (D2C) products.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design, and design systems.
- Proven experience designing for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web platforms.
- Experience using modern product design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or equivalent solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design workflows, research, ideation, or productivity.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
