Senior Product Designer

London, Shoreditch · 4 days per week in office

£100,000 - £130,000 + equity

Neulinx has partnered with a London-based, Series A creative-technology company building highly interactive infinite-canvas and collaboration tools.

Their open-source canvas SDK is used by developers around the world, alongside a growing suite of products exploring new ways for people to create, think and work with computers. They are looking for an exceptional product designer who likes to make things.

This is a design-led role for someone with outstanding visual craft, strong interaction-design instincts and real product imagination. You will help shape the visual and product direction across their products, experiments and creative tooling.

You do not need to be a deep software engineer. However, you should enjoy building, prototyping and using code or AI tools to explore ideas, communicate direction and influence what gets shipped.

What you’ll do

  • Shape ambitious product ideas from early concepts through prototypes and polished shipped experiences.
  • Define how products should look, feel and behave across interaction, motion, typography, layout and responsive details.
  • Create working prototypes when that is the best way to test an idea or communicate a direction.
  • Work closely with engineers, product and leadership to turn concepts into excellent software.
  • Help evolve a coherent visual language across existing products, the SDK and new product bets.
  • Explore new interaction patterns for canvas, creative tools and AI.
  • Bring a strong point of view on audience, story, product feel and creative direction.
  • Raise the bar for craft across the wider product team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
