About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at LawVu, you’ll lead the customer experience for LawVu Draft and the journeys that connect it with the wider LawVu platform.

Draft joined LawVu through acquisition and is an important part of our vision for reimagining how legal work gets done. You’ll shape its next evolution: creating an intuitive, distinctly LawVu experience and connecting the jobs customers do across drafting, reviewing, contract lifecycle management, and the wider LegalOS.

Within your Product Trio, Design leads customer experience and desirability. You’ll work alongside Product, Legal, and Engineering from discovery through delivery and iteration, bringing deep customer understanding, rapid exploration, and strong design judgement to ensure we build experiences customers value and love to use.

What you’ll do

Lead the customer experience

  • Build a deep understanding of how legal teams work and use it to shape a clear experience vision for Draft, balancing near-term improvements with reimagining how legal work could work in the future.
  • Design seamless end-to-end journeys across Draft and LawVu’s wider LegalOS, simplifying complex legal workflows into intuitive, coherent experiences.

Drive discovery and design

  • Lead design discovery through customer insight, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, data, and experimentation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to frame problems, explore alternatives, and make evidence-based trade-offs.
  • Use prototypes to make ideas tangible early, validate assumptions with customers, and reduce the time between an idea and meaningful learning.
  • Stay engaged after launch, using customer feedback, behavioral data, and product analytics to continuously improve the experience.

Apply modern design craft

  • Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to increase the speed of exploration, prototyping, and validation, while developing a strong point of view on how AI can improve drafting and legal work itself.
  • Set a high bar for interaction design, information architecture, visual quality, and accessibility.
  • Use and evolve LawVu’s design system, collaborating closely with designers across our global team, to create consistent cohesive experiences across the LegalOS.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
