About The Role

Our users are investment professionals around the world, working across multiple asset classes, sectors, and regions. They rely on our products for news, data, and analysis and networking, and they expect those products to be urgent, precise, and rigorously curated.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us deliver that. It's a broad role: part UI, part UX, and part advocate for good design across the business. The impact goes beyond individual features, because you'll help shape how the whole organisation designs and builds products.

You’ll work on our design system. We need someone with deep design system experience to refine and extend what we already have, and to work closely with engineering so that what ships matches what was designed.

Beyond the system, you'll take product problems from start to finish: understanding what customers need, prototyping and testing ideas, and seeing them through to delivery. You'll present your work to senior leaders with confidence, backing each decision with clear reasoning.

AI is already changing how we work. We've moved quickly, building our own models to make the business more efficient, and we want a designer who sees that as an opportunity: someone keen to bring AI into the design process as our tools and practices evolve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
