Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in United Kingdom.

This is a fully remote senior design opportunity within a fast-growing, distributed product organization.

You will shape the end-to-end experience of a platform used by organizations to manage fundraising and supporter relationships.

The role combines user research, product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration.

The position offers significant ownership and influence over complex B2B workflows and SaaS experiences.

You will advocate for users while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and measurable product outcomes.

The ideal environment is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on building intuitive, scalable, high-impact digital products.

Accountabilities

  • Lead user-centered design initiatives by planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable product insights, design opportunities, and user-centered solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads during discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch.
  • Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, including user journeys, information flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Validate concepts and designs with users and internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and evidence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure effective implementation and design handoffs.
  • Evaluate existing and newly launched features using qualitative feedback, product analytics, and performance data.
  • Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and measure the impact of design decisions.
  • Help prioritize design initiatives in alignment with the product backlog, balancing user value, business priorities, technical considerations, and overall product quality.
  • Contribute to a cohesive and scalable product experience across complex workflows and B2B use cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
