Senior Product Designer
Location: UK Remote
Contract: 6 Months (Good chance to extend) Outside IR35
We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join a fast-moving, high-traffic digital product team. You'll take ownership of complex customer journeys from initial problem definition through to delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data and other stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running, make informed design decisions and deliver high-quality work in a complex, regulated environment.
What you'll be getting involved in
- Take the lead on designing digital products and customer experiences from idea through to launch
- Turn user needs, insight and data into simple, effective design solutions
- Bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes and polished designs
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and wider teams to get ideas into production
- Navigate the usual balance between user experience, business needs, technical constraints and regulatory considerations
- Help evolve and make the most of existing design systems and ways of working
- Keep accessibility and inclusive design front of mind
- Explore new AI tools and approaches to make the design process faster and more effective
- Contribute to a collaborative design team through feedback, ideas and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for
- 4-6+ years of experience working in digital product design
- A strong all-round design skillset across UX, interaction and visual design
- Confident working with Figma and component-based design systems
- Experience taking ownership of projects and seeing them through into delivery
- Someone who enjoys using insight, data and customer feedback to inform their thinking
- An interest in AI and a willingness to experiment with how it can improve the way you work
- A confident communicator who can work well with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working at pace and getting up to speed quickly in a new environment

Experience in regulated, high-volume or complex digital products would be useful, but isn't essential. Also open to designers with a genuine interest in the sports industry, as well as those with experience across mobile, accessibility, front-end or AI-assisted prototyping.
