My client is quite literally the most exciting organisation based in London (No 1 in their category across Europe). A rare business that is transforming the lives, health, and wellbeing of animals through exceptional digital experiences. Their mission is ambitious, meaningful, and backed by a product that is already helping thousands of customers make better decisions for the animals they care about most.

The opportunity
You'll play a central role in defining and delivering best-in-class digital experiences, balancing deep customer understanding with commercial impact.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth teams, you'll help identify opportunities, uncover insights, and turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
- You'll be involved across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research through to delivery and optimisation, while helping evolve the design system and raise the overall quality bar across the product.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to create experiences that customers genuinely value.
Who my client is looking for:
- Experience designing customer-facing digital products within high-growth environments
- Outstanding UX and UI skills, with a strong eye for detail and visual craft
- Experience building, evolving, or contributing to design systems
- Confidence designing across both web and mobile platforms
- A customer-obsessed mindset and genuine passion for understanding user behaviour
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex journeys
- The confidence to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders, and drive better outcomes
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in collaborative environments
- A passion for creating products that have a positive impact on people's lives
